Each Team Member contributes their respective "value-add" to a given project and are appropriately compensated as they require for their products or services according to their own business models. Being a member of the NxGen Family Office Management Group is not a formal job, but rather a loosely structured opportunity. We provide the essential information on a given project with the anticipation that you might be able to help fill in the gaps. Appreciating that there would be many similar individuals working on the collection of projects as well, it is all about making everyone more successful and profitable by bringing more capabilities to the table than would normally be available or expected.
To properly position prospective Management Group Members, it is important that we accurately understand your products and services. We take a rather unorthodox approach to the development of the Group. Rather than attempting to put all of the pieces together, capitalize the business, and execute the business plan, we have chosen a much more organic and realistic approach based on successful projects. We prefer growing the Management Group as we move forward with many different projects.
