Why This Guide Exists
Over the course of my life, I have worked across finance, real estate, philanthropy, technology, social enterprise, business development, caregiving, and human transformation. What became increasingly clear is that most failures do not begin where people think they begin.
They rarely begin with a lack of money, talent, or technology. Most failures begin quietly — inside the formation itself.
FORMEX exists to help make formation observable, documentable, reviewable, and worthy of trust before visibility, capital, AI, or institutional momentum amplify what has not yet been coherently formed.
From Metaphysical Advantage to Source of Truth
In November of 2000, I authored a report exploring what I then referred to as metaphysical advantage. At the time, I was attempting to better understand coherence, energy, alignment, discernment, and the hidden conditions influencing human systems and outcomes.
What I did not fully realize then was that I was searching for what today I would call a Source of Truth — not merely philosophically, but operationally.
That inquiry now serves as one of the grounding artifacts beneath FORMEX, {NXG} Tech, Greg.ai, Nxgen Family Office, Nxgen Media Group, and the broader ecosystem represented throughout this site.
