"The 'Personne de Confiance' ...is willing to subordinate personal ambition to the higher calling of service to another" James E. Hughes, Jr., Esq.
A Value Creator, Producer & Strategist...
My Passion: I whole-heartedly believe in new and evolving business & organizational models that are socially responsible and ultimately create wealth for the collective good. I seek opportunities to apply my perspectives, skills and organizational relationships to advance those organizational models that sustain quality life and environmental resources.
Education: I value knowledge and education that can enrich, empower and enlighten one's personal life and contribution in the world. I advocate a holistic perspective that integrates personal values and organizational objectives towards problem solving and solution development. I believe in the economic benefits of a self-determined, spiritually empowered and inspired individual.
My Work: My professional work in the areas of family office, mortgage banking, consulting, charity and metaphysics converge into my current activities as a researcher for NxGen; and, an Administrator for the Nxgen Family Office.
Personal Interests: I enjoy personal time that includes recreation, research, travel and relationships that integrate with my daily work. I am always interested in following technological advances that enrich our human experience in the areas of personal health, work and relationships. Work related is my interest in the design and construction of ‘enlightened homes and buildings’ that are net-zero-energy structures (net energy producers v. consumers) that nurture body, mind and spirit. Today’s new, Blockchain & Self Sovereign Identity technology has my time & attention as an essential product & service offering for our Family Office members to build #nxgenwealth. I am inspired to provide life enriching and transforming experiences to my fellow “ok boomers”; and to create a multi-generational legacy for the planet’s “rising generations”.
An Entrepreneur
Getting Started: Immediately after graduate school, Greg Johnson founded Granite Financial Group a real estate development and financing firm. Five years later he merged Granite with a 25 year old mortgage banking firm looking to refresh its ownership, management and operations. The next several years proved disastrous. The bank prime lending rate increased to 21.5%; and FHA home mortgage rates skyrocketed to 17%. Many developers went broke and mortgage lenders closed their doors. To survive, Johnson was forced to innovate and develop 'out of the box' strategies along with his management team to not only survive...but thrive.
