The Origin of Leadership Signal
Every leader sends a signal. People experience it through decisions, behavior, priorities, presence, and promises. Today that signal also travels through organizations, search systems, public records, social platforms, and artificial intelligence.
Leadership Signal begins with the person, takes institutional form through what the leader builds, and is reinforced — or weakened — by the wider information environment.
