FORMEX™ · Services Overview

The Finding Determines
the Intervention.

First, understand the world as it is. Then decide what needs to change.

FORMEX Decision Intelligence independently examines the stakeholders, needs, questions, alternatives and evidence requirements surrounding a consequential decision. It then assesses how well your proposed solution corresponds to that environment.

Where the evidence reveals a meaningful gap, FORMEX services help address it.

Explore Decision Intelligence Find the Relevant Intervention
A complex existing world and a proposed future world connected through a central field of analysis, representing the FORMEX comparison of the Decision Environment with a proposed solution.
FORMEX compares the world as it is with the world being proposed, then shows what the evidence supports, what is still unclear, and what next step makes sense.

The Bridge From Intelligence to Action

How well does the proposal
fit the world it is entering?

A founder, sponsor or organization has a view of the problem and a proposed response. FORMEX examines that case against an independently researched Decision Environment™.

The Decision Environment™

The world as it is.

Who faces the problem? What are they asking? What do they already use? What prevents action? What evidence do they require before committing money, time or trust?

Research identifies what appears supported, what is uncertain and where the available record is incomplete.

Your Proposed Decision Case

The world you seek to change.

Your understanding of the problem, intended stakeholders, offering, claims, evidence, differentiation and requested commitment.

Your case orients the inquiry. It does not define the environment against which it is assessed.

ORIENT → DISCOVER → ASSESS → UNDERWRITE
The governing Decision Intelligence discipline. Findings may call for an intervention, further testing, a revised proposal or a pause.

Services Follow the Finding

Where is the separation?

The assessment helps identify the intervention that matters. These pathways can be used individually or together, according to the decision and the evidence.

Authority gap

Presence Authority™

Can people clearly establish who you are and why you belong?

Your relevance may be supported, while your identity, experience or work remains unclear or fragmented.

The intervention: Create or strengthen an owned authority asset that accurately explains who you are, what you do and the evidence supporting your relevance.

What it produces: A coherent source for people and AI to understand and evaluate.

Explore Presence Authority

Digital evidence gap

Digital Market Proof™

Does the discoverable record support your inclusion?

Your claims may be plausible, but the independent digital record may offer limited support, conflicting information or missing evidence.

The intervention: Examine discoverable corroboration, contradiction and absence in relation to the claims and decision criteria already identified.

What it produces: A clearer account of what the digital record supports and what requires additional evidence.

Explore Digital Market Proof

Offering gap

Offering Underwriting™

Does the offering meet the decision environment?

The need may be real, while your proposed solution, value proposition or differentiation does not sufficiently address how stakeholders evaluate their options.

The intervention: Assess the offering against stakeholder needs, current alternatives, economics, claims and evidence requirements. Identify what should be clarified, revised or tested.

What it produces: An offering assessment that distinguishes supported fit from consequential assumptions.

Decision gap

Decision Readiness

What must be resolved before this particular yes?

A buyer, partner, funder or other stakeholder may be unable to proceed because important facts, risks or responsibilities remain unresolved.

The intervention: Organize the evidence, assumptions, economics, authority and open questions around a defined commitment.

What it produces: A decision brief showing what supports action, what conditions remain and what may justify a pause.

Explore Decision Readiness

Capital gap

Capital Architecture™

What capital is justified—and on what terms?

An opportunity may have support, while the proposed amount, structure, timing or source of capital does not match its evidence or readiness.

The intervention: Align the capital requirement and sequence with the opportunity, operating needs and unresolved risks. Where appropriate, explore pathways through the FORMEX Capital Network™.

What it produces: A capital approach grounded in the next supportable commitment. Funding depends on fit, diligence and the decisions of capital providers.

Explore Capital Pathways

Unresolved evidence gap

FORMEX Labs™

What must be exposed to reality?

An important assumption cannot be resolved from the evidence currently available.

The intervention: Design a Stress Test Pilot around consequential assumptions, defined real-world conditions, measures and an auditable evidence record.

What it produces: Evidence of outcomes and limitations, including Utility Delta, to inform whether the next commitment is warranted.

Related asset planning: When the finding calls for deliberate ownership, continuity or stewardship of digital assets and intellectual property, Digital Wealth Planning™ can support that work.

The Economics of Separation

Which gap is worth closing?

A mismatch matters when it changes outcomes. It may delay decisions, increase acquisition costs, misdirect capital, weaken trust or leave an important need unmet.

Understand the cost.

Identify who is affected, what the separation prevents and the cost of leaving it unresolved. Distinguish observed consequences from estimates.

Test the improvement.

Define the expected Utility Delta: improvement relative to the best relevant alternative, considered alongside the number of people affected. Where evidence is insufficient, test before expanding the commitment.

Address the gap when the expected benefit justifies the cost, effort and risk.

Evidence Returns to the Decision

What does the work now support?

An intervention must be assessed against the question it was intended to resolve. New materials, a revised offering or a completed pilot are useful when they improve the evidence available to the decision-maker.

Review the result.

What changed? What is independently supported? What remains uncertain? Did the intervention reduce the consequential separation?

Underwrite the next commitment.

The resulting evidence may support proceeding, proceeding with conditions, conducting another test, revising the proposal or stopping.

Finding → Appropriate intervention → New evidence → Next decision

Begin With the Decision

What needs to be clear
before someone says yes?

Bring the decision you face, the commitment being considered and what remains uncertain. Together, we can establish the appropriate scope of inquiry and the smallest useful next step.

Discuss Your Decision With Greg Understand Decision Intelligence

Every meaningful yes deserves a space in which it can be made consciously.
